An Encore on the Lake membership includes up to 60 days of personal care, assisted living, and assisted living dementia care at one of the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities.

Affordable Housing
SeniorCare Network (SCN) is an award-winning property management affiliate of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. For more than 30 years, we have been making a difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality affordable housing options.
Everyone at SeniorCare Network shares a common goal: To provide our residents with a place that is safe, comfortable, and clean, just as any home should be. Not just an apartment, but a HOME.
SeniorCare Network communities offer housing options for those over 62 and adults 18 years and older with a disability. We participate in rental assistance programs such as those offered by The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income. Other housing options include Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) communities that offer residents affordable rents for those who are not eligible for the HUD programs and have limited income.

Service Coordinators
Service Coordinators are integrated into senior housing to help residents connect with community resources, agencies, and other service providers. They also serve as resident advocates empowering seniors to live more independent and fulfilling lives. They refer residents to providers and monitor those services that are provided.
